Chew a tablet between your teeth until fully crushed into a fine powder, then brush as usual with a wet or electric toothbrush for two minutes, spit. Each jar holds 62 tablets — about a one-month supply with twice-daily brushing.

What is n-HAp, and do I still need fluoride?

Nano-Hydroxyapatite (n-HAp) is a fluoride-free mineral mirroring enamel's natural rod-shaped structure. NovaTabz uses rod-shaped n-HAp at 5% concentration, sized ~60nm, supporting enamel appearance without fluoride, SLS, or harsh chemicals.

Does NovaTabz foam when I brush?

Yes — NovaTabz creates a light foam without SLS or harsh sudsing agents. We use sodium cocoyl isethionate, a coconut-derived gentle cleanser, plus xylitol to help support a balanced oral microbiome. Foam builds as you brush.
