NovaTabz Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're not yet able to fulfill orders to Canada or internationally through novatabz.com — check back soon, or find us on Amazon for select international availability.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items in your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically processing time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order, please reach out to support@novatabz.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@novatabz.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Amazon Orders
Orders placed through Amazon are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon and follow Amazon's own shipping policies and timelines, not this policy.
