NovaTabz Refund Policy
At NovaTabz, we want you to love your toothpaste tablets. If you're not satisfied with your first order, we're happy to help.
Eligibility
Refunds are available on your first order of NovaTabz products purchased through novatabz.com, within 30 days of the delivery date.
No Returns Required
Because NovaTabz is a personal care product, we do not require you to send anything back. For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returned or opened products — simply reach out to us and we'll take care of the refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [support@novatabz.com] with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll process your refund to the original payment method, no questions asked.
What's Covered
- First-time orders of any NovaTabz SKU
- Subscription orders — refund applies to your first shipment only; subsequent recurring shipments are not eligible
What's Not Covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Repeat orders or reorders of a product you've already tried
- Bulk orders (6+ units or over $49) — these may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; contact us and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution
Amazon Orders
If you purchased NovaTabz through Amazon, please use Amazon's return and refund process, as those orders are fulfilled and managed under Amazon's own policies.
Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at support@novatabz.com — we'll do our best to accommodate, but can't guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment.
